About me
John has worked in real estate for over 35 years and has seen it all. He knows that there is no magic formula; it requires an exceptional work ethic, a commitment to do the best for his clients and an understanding of the market. This means clear communication, being upfront and no false promises, and most importantly, the ability to deliver.
John has built his reputation on these principles and his clients trust him. He has experience in all aspects of residential, commercial, property development, and the rural markets.
John’s own experience as a property investor in both residential and commercial property enables him to offer his clients a more holistic and better-informed perspective when considering their own property investments.
John’s portfolio includes apartment developments and securing land holdings for developers across the Wellington region. Examples include the sale of the 650 ha Gray Station in Pauatahanui, subdivisions at Pikarere Farm and the 127 ha Muri Road Development, both in Porirua.
Having qualified as an Authorised Agent in 2006, John has acted as a Licensee and has very much enjoyed sharing his extensive knowledge with others in the industry as he believes in collaboration and transparency.
